Kettlebell Sport Lifting is a fantastic type of lifting to get into with your kettlebells.
This program goes over the basics of the sport style clean, jerk, and snatch taught for nearly 10 years the STKB way.
This intro programs goal is to get close to 80% of rank 3 numbers of the popular kb sport ranking tables within 4-5 weeks. This is based on weight and repetitions needed for the rank. (think of a belt system in martial arts)
A seasoned KB Sport athlete, Joe Daniels, head coach of STKB Club has coached many athletes to rank 1, CMS and a Masters class Master of Sport in Snatch.
His goal isn't to only work with competitive athletes but to introduce the sport to as many people as possible to enjoy and grow the community.
Don't feel pressured to do 10 minute sets or compete right away, but learn a fun and longevity based fashion how to use kettlebell sport style lifting for endurance and movement meditation.
