This four-week DOUBLE KETTLEBELL PRECISION course teaches all of the practical DOUBLE KETTLEBELL exercises you will need when adding a pair of kettlebells to your training.  


It is informative, but it is also a challenging, progressive four-week training program.   Strictly a strength and power-based program with no kettlebell sport style at all. 

Great for hardstyle kettlebell practitioners.

There are learning and strength exercises, conditioning, and mobility portions within each session.    

The program is three days per week and four weeks long before you repeat anything.  If you are new to kettlebell training, this is a great plan to bundle with STKB FUNDAMENTALS. 

Doing that will show you a great single bell and double bell progression.    

 Double Kettlebell Precision is in the STKB Google Drive, so it can be updated as needed in the future.

Kettlebell Sport Lifting is a fantastic way to get into specific kettlebell training. 


This program goes over the basics of the sport style clean, jerk, and snatch taught for nearly ten years the STKB way. 


This intro program aims to get close to 80% of rank three numbers of the popular kb sport ranking tables within 4-to 5 weeks.  This is based on the weight and repetitions needed for the level. (think of a belt system in martial arts)


A seasoned KB Sport athlete, Joe Daniels, head coach of STKB Club, has coached many athletes to rank 1, CMS, and a Masters class Master of Sport in Snatch. 


His goal isn't only to work with competitive athletes and introduce the sport to as many people as possible to enjoy and grow the community.

 

Don't feel pressured to do 10-minute sets or compete right away, but learn fun and longevity-based fashion how to use kettlebell sport style lifting for endurance and movement meditation.
